Shortly after the inception of our small company, we had the opportunity to work with one of the most prolific outer borough developers in New York. Throughout the early ’80s we were assigned to several hundred thousand square feet of shopping centers and residential dwellings using proprietary hot asphalt systems, before the advent of modified bitumens. The early ’90s this client kept our firm busy with repair work during our first experience with a recession.
In 1994, we commenced a steady pace of providing waterproofing systems on large scale new construction projects that has continued into our next generation. These included the design of Parking Deck Membrane Systems and the Specification of I.R.M.A. and Insulated Roof assemblies, which were also successfully implemented at 20 acre site pictured above.
